I just returned from the ESDP conference in Amsterdam last week, companies large and small, whether from the US or Europe, are recognizing the importance of having Diversity, Equality & Inclusion efforts in their supply chain.
The networking opportunities were incredible, although I wish I had more time to connect with everyone.

I’m honored to have been part of this conference as speaker where we emphasized once again, that Diversity, Equality & Inclusion is not just important in the workforce, but that embedding DEI in your procurement processes can have a massive impact on reducing socioeconomic inequality.
