Silence Hours

I’m thrilled to see my local grocery store has Silence Hours for individuals with autism and sensory sensitivities. Two days a week, during certain hours, they create a peaceful environment by dimming lights, turning off music, and reducing announcements.

This thoughtful initiative powered by ‘Autismus Schweiz‘ makes shopping so much more comfortable for those who need it. It’s wonderful to see such inclusivity and understanding in action. Kudos to SPAR for making grocery shopping accessible and enjoyable for everyone!
