What makes me especially proud is that every staff member participated in an inclusion training before the event. This commitment means that not only are we all prepared to respond to incidents, but we are also actively fostering a culture of respect and safety for all.
Being part of such a groundbreaking and caring team as sustainability hero, where everyone is empowered to contribute to a safer, more inclusive environment, is a true highlight for me.
