Today marks five years of fips consulting 🎂

I never imagined I would run my own business.

After many years of working on the corporate side, engaging with diverse-owned businesses, I gained a great appreciation for the impact of inclusive sourcing. I also deeply admired the business owners for their courage to run their own business and I did not miss seeing the passion they showed for their own business.

Well, I didn’t know that this path would lead me to building my own business.

Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with several corporates to design and strengthen more inclusive, resilient global supply chains which have real impact. I also worked with advocacy bodies who are connecting diverse-business owners with corporates.

Work that feels more important than ever.

The current environment brings real challenges, but also opportunity: to rethink, to build better systems, and to stay committed to progress. My passion doesn’t go away though!

I’m super grateful for the journey so far, and soo excited for what lies ahead.
