Is AI ready to replace people in business?

I don’t think so…

The reality? I use AI to work faster, automate repetitive tasks, write texts and uncover insights. But it doesn’t replace the experience, judgment, creativity, and relationships that everyone brings to the business.

In Procurement, I see many organizations rushing to implement AI and expecting it to solve long-standing challenges overnight.

My first question is always:
👉 Is your data actually ready?

✅ Clean data
✅ Standardized processes
✅ Clear ownership and governance
✅ Connected systems
AI won’t magically fix bad data. It will simply help you discover bad data faster.

🖋️ Before chasing the next AI use case, get your house in order. You wont’ get the value from AI if you invest the most, the most value get the ones building a strong data foundation first.
