Thank you to procure.ch and Elisabeth Frey for the invitation and organization of the Procure Swiss Summit in Sursee, Switzerland, on September 17th, 2024.
To have had the opportunity to present Diversity & Inclusion in the Supply Chain at the summit made me feeling very proud.

- Always reflects the current situation
- We only know if compliance works at the end of the project/contract
I found the World Cafe concept great, where participants could exchange ideas about the various presentations in small groups. For me, it was an exciting experience as it also provided space for controversial discussions.

Ich bin sehr stolz darauf, dass ich die Gelegenheit hatte, auf dem Summit Diversität & Inklusion in der Lieferkette vorzustellen.
Ich habe bei den spannenden Vorträgen von meinen Mitspeakern vor allem diese Punke mitgenommen;
⭐ Prof. Dr. Florian C. Kleemann über Agilität, nicht viel darüber sprechen sondern einfach mal machen. Sich zur Abwechslung mal die Sales Brille für die internen Kunden aufsetzen!
⭐Weiji Stocker über Fachkräftemangel, sei dir deinen unbewussten Vorurteilen bewusst! Binde zukünftige Mitarbeiter ins Team ein bevor sie starten.
⭐Daniel E. Wyss über Compliance, ist immer ein Abbild der IST Situation! Wir wissen erst am Projekt-/Vertragsende ob Compliance funktioniert!
Ein super Konzept fand ich auch das Worldcafe bei dem die Teilnehmer sich in kleinen Gruppen zu den verschiedenen Vorträgen austauschen konnten. Für mich ein spannendes Erlebnis da es somit auch Raum zu kontroversen Diskussionen gab.
