2025 wrap up🌍✨

What a year it’s been, filled with inspiring conversations, meaningful collaborations, many opportunities to champion inclusion, sustainability, and women’s entrepreneurship. Despite the many challenges also faced in 2025, I want to share some of my highlights.

🎙️ Podcast Highlights
This year, I had the joy of hosting several thought-provoking podcast episodes with incredible guests from Wolfgang Kowatsch to Edina DaSilva, Meg Stowe, Fanny Ganti, and Lisa Westgate, sharing insights on diversity, inclusion, and sustainable supply chains. I also had the pleasure of being a guest on Vivian Acquah’s podcast, “Humanizing the Workplace,” where we discussed Diversity and Inclusion in the supply chain.

🌐 Events & Speaking Engagements

• Organized a WBE2WBE Zurich event to promote women’s business collaboration and supplier diversity & inclusion
• Served as Sustainability Champion at the Eurovision Song Contest, driving inclusive and responsible engagement initiatives
• Represented at global stages like WEConnect International Day, WBENC and Disability:IN in New Orleans and Orlando
• Attended European Conferences like London Inclusive Sourcing Summit and the Madrid WEConnect Conference
• Hosted a Supplier Inclusion Webinar during St. Gallen Inclusion Week
• Delivered sessions for ZHAW’s DEI & Social Sustainability CAS Program and Supply Chain Master Class
• Joined the SPP Supplier Diversity Chapter to help advance inclusive sourcing and strengthen opportunities for diverse suppliers
• Reimagined and relaunched my website
• Wrapped up the year by organizing the Swiss WBE Event in November
