On February 24th, 2022, the Women in Procurement network by Efficio will host a Virtual Workshop; ‘Supplier Diversity – what is it and why do companies do it?’.

The discussion on supplier diversity, a topic that is gaining traction and becoming a top priority for procurement organisations worldwide, highlighting a shift of corporate objectives towards social and economic inclusion, will be lead by Victoria Mallinckrodt, a Procurement Manager at the World Economic Forum, and Andrea Fimian, CEO / Founder of fips consulting.

Victoria will kick off the session with an overview of supplier diversity, followed by Andrea who will outline why it is important and how it connects with an organisation’s broader ESG agenda. The session will then open up for discussion giving participants the opportunity to share their experiences, views and questions about the topic.
