The new Competition is Collaboration – Zurich Collab Growth Lab April 8th, 2026
Following our first Collab Growth Lab in January in Geneva, where women business enterprises from Switzerland and Germany aligned on a shared ambition, we continued this journey this week in Zurich.
With 28 participants from Switzerland, Germany, France and Spain joining onsite and virtually, the focus shifted from mindset to execution. What began in Geneva as a reflection on changing market dynamics and the need for collaborative readiness is now evolving into a structured model for joint delivery.
💪 Since our last meeting, the magnetme.ai platform, an AI enabled model, has been significantly progressed based on direct community feedback, driven by Mako Maradzika and Gabriella Skala, and presented by Dirk Jochen Ziegler and Janos Karovits, the two founders of the magnetme.ai platform.
💡The message from our room remained clear: visibility alone is no longer enough. What matters is alignment on our expertise and capability, and the ability to deliver together.
🤝 Together, we further defined what collaboration means in practice to us:
– How workflows must be designed to enable joint delivery
– How governance frameworks can balance trust and protect opportunities
– How commitment and accountability can be ensured across partners
🔎 The outcomes are taking shape:
– A more structured approach to collaborative bidding and RFP readiness
– Increasing clarity on governance and operational flows
– Continued strengthening of trusted networks and value chain thinking
By actively growing together as a trusted Collab Growth Lab community and the platform as a way of working around it, our group is moving from exploration to implementation.
After an intense and highly productive afternoon, we continued the exchange over dinner and personal discussions, reinforcing the relationships that make collaboration possible.
This is not a one-off initiative.
It is a continued build.
We now take forward our concrete action points and will reconnect later this year to further develop what we have started.
