Are you ready for CSRD & CSDDD?

Sustainability regulations such as CSRD and CSDDD may have narrowed in scope for now…., but the pressure on supply chains is very real.

CSRD requires disclosure, CSDDD requires action. Together, they are pushing organizations to move from reactive compliance to proactive supply chain management.

Even if fewer companies are directly in scope today, expectations around social responsibility, human rights, responsible sourcing, and environmental impact across the supply chain are not slowing down.

The real work starts now.

It is no longer enough to rely on policies or supplier codes of conduct. The focus is shifting toward tangible, auditable action: Are you actively engaging suppliers on their environmental, social, and responsible sourcing performance? Are you including social topics in the supply chain, human rights and impact on affected communities?

Building the necessary systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination for ESRS-aligned disclosure and human rights due diligence is not a quick fix.

What steps are you taking today to ensure your supply chain management is truly ready?
